Neese, Melissa Practice Post
After losing my dad to heart disease at the age of 57
(I was 21),I decided that exercising is one factor I can control. I always like to try new things (physical activities).
I would like to master rock climbing and climb this wall without any problems. I am also planning on doing a Spartan Race in November.
One last thing about me is I was diagnosed in 2003 with Chiari I Malformation. For those that do not know what that is, my brain is compressed and protrudes through a hole at the base of my skull. The main symptoms are severe headaches, neck pain, joint pain, and numbness in your hands. There are more severe symptoms such as memory loss, vision loss, loss of feeling and control of your hands, passing out, and even death. I have been fortunate that my symptoms have not been too bad so far.

ReplyDeleteThis citation, or at least the first part of it, should be in a TITLE modifier tag. Look it up in the Activities Manual. You will find a link to instructions on how to do ALT and TITLE modifiers.
I have never heard of Chiari I Malformation. I hope it continues to not interfere significantly with your life.
